The typical responsibilities of a Modeling Language are to enable modelers (e.g., architects, designers) to:
- Develop models.
- Visualize models.
- Analyze models.
- Communicate models.
- Execute models.
- Select an industry-standardized modeling language.
- Use and appropriate modeling language (e.g., SysML is more appropriate for modeling system architectures than UML).
